Welcome to Harvelle's; the Home Of Real Blues™. Tonight- this is Terry Evans' house. Possesing a great big soul voice and surrounding himself with an awesome band - Mark Shark on guitar, Mark Goldberg on bass & Phil Bloch on drums, this is it on a Friday night.

The Return of Cecilia Noel And The Wild Clams
It's practically a Vegas style show, what with the large band - at least 10 pieces - crammed into the intimate atmosphere here.
The blend of Latin funk, jazz and r&b with Cecilia's sexy soulful vocals swooping above the sonic feel-good, south-of-border band. These hard hitting dudes came fierce with incredible horns, percussion and the 4 women backing up Ms. Noel.
As well it's Cecilia's bday, so the joint is particularly jumping.
Approaching the low end of high decibals, this place is ground zero for partying on this balmy Thursday night on the left coast.
My favorite "Wild Clam", Ijeoma Njaka!
Happy Bday to Cecilia!!

Café R & B : Where The Hell Am I?
I'm in luck. Tonight Cafè R&B is performing.
Appropriate for my mood, I'm ready to rock the casbah along with the rest of them beautiful people out here on the dance floor.
My mind is numb from the weekday grind. Glad I'm here. As Roach sings about "phonecalls from Levenworth", her man Byl launches into solo after solo of guitar shredding madness with the unwavering eye of the tiger. Delta blues - shmelta blues.... Byl is the real deal!
Don Swanson pounds the skins into submission.
Sunday is The Toledo Show.
